Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are read, and how people arrive. This is the only analytics or tracking tool on awi.ltd, and we do not run advertising or marketing cookies.
Analytics is off until you say yes. When you first visit, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. It only starts if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you click Reject — or ignore the banner — no analytics cookies are stored and no analytics data is sent. We use Google Consent Mode v2, which keeps analytics and advertising storage denied by default.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets a small number of first-party cookies to tell one visit from another:

Google Analytics 4 does not store your full IP address. Analytics data is processed by Google as our processor — see Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses data.
To remember your choice, we store a single entry in your browser (a localStorage item named awi_consent). It records only whether you accepted or rejected. It is strictly necessary to make the banner work, is never shared, and needs no consent.
Changing your choice
You can change your decision at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. You can also clear cookies for awi.ltd in your browser settings, or use your browser’s “Do Not Track” / privacy controls.
When you contact us
If you submit our contact form, we use the details you provide (such as your name, email and message) only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share your data with
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t keep a separate database of website visitors. We use a small number of trusted providers (“processors”) to run the site and respond to you:

Contact-form enquiries reach us by email and are kept in our inbox only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. Some of these providers operate servers outside the UK; where your data is transferred internationally, it relies on the standard safeguards those providers use (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, or to ask a question about this notice, please get in touch.
